A chenille embroidery head is coupled with a standard embroidery head in a pair(available up to 15 pairs)

Loop stitchs and chain-stitchs can be automaticlly switched by a setting on the operate panel.
2.automatic change of 6 colors/9 colors enables versatile multicolor arrangement.
a setting on the operation panel allows the operator to select desired colors.
3.automatic lift-up mechanism
The needle,nipple and presser foot are automaticlly lifted up for easier frame exchange operation
4.automatic needle height adjusting mechanism
Needle height is adjustable in 10 steps according to the loop height or chain-size.
5.Stable speed operation at 650 rpm has been brought to reality.
The performance become very good with 650rpm speed.
6.Under thread break checking systerm
A sensor monitors thread movement at all the times.if the under thread is broken,the sensor can find it and alarm light on.
7.take up lever guard
Uniquely developed covers are mounted onto take-up levers to prevent threads from getting entangled during high speed operation and to improve safety in working environments.
